What customers are saying
“I’m really impressed with both the Viking Balm and Beard Oil! They feel great on the skin, and the scent is absolutely amazing. They made my beard much softer, more manageable, and gave it a clean, well-groomed look without feeling heavy. Both products work great together, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to keep their beard looking and smelling fantastic. I will definitely be ordering more.”
— Edgar Arriaga, Fairfield, CA
“I’ve been using Cullys beard balm for a month or so and it’s my favorite smelling balm and oil in my arsenal! The perfect pine scent I’ve been searching for, leaves my beard feeling and smelling top notch. Very satisfied customer.”
— Trent
“As someone who is health conscious I am always looking for products with clean ingredients. The issue I frequently run into is that clean products don’t perform well or smell pleasant. The products I’ve used from Pratt and McCabe have been the best of both worlds! Clean ingredients, great performance, and I love the smell. Will continue to purchase from this small business.”
— Bo Nickal
“Been using Cully’s Tallow Beard Balm and Beard Oil and I’m impressed. Makes my beard feel great, smells awesome, and keeps it looking good without feeling greasy. Definitely worth checking out if you take pride in keeping your beard looking right. 💪”
— Jake Gullett
“Not just great products, they have been really impactful for me. The beard oil and balm have really given me a healthy beard and skin. I’ve used every niche beard product out there and always struggled with dry and itchy neck and chin and dermatitis. With Cully’s oil and balm, I don’t have beard snowflakes constantly on my shirt at work, and very rarely have any dermal flare ups. Also a bonus that it smells excellent. Only problem I have is my sons keep stealing it, so I know what’s going in all of their Christmas stockings this year.”

Caring for Your Tallow
Our tallow products are handmade in small batches with grass-fed beef tallow, plant oils and a touch of beeswax. They contain no water, fillers or synthetic preservatives. Tallow is naturally rich in fats similar to the oils your skin makes, so it melts in easily and leaves skin feeling soft and nourished.
Best used within: 6 months of opening at room temperature, or up to 12 months if kept in the refrigerator.
Storage: Keep it cool and dry, away from direct sun and heat. Use clean, dry fingers or a spatula so no water gets in, and close the lid tightly after each use, especially if you keep it in the fridge.
About texture: Tallow is natural and responds to heat. In warm temperatures, around 85°F and up (think a hot car or a sunny windowsill), it may soften or melt.
- Whips: If a whip melts, it may set firmer or a little grainy as it cools. Only the texture changes, and it's still perfectly good to use. Warm a little between your fingers and it melts right in.
- Balms and lip balms: If they melt, just let them cool and they'll set back up, good as new.
