Lindsey’s Charm No. 4: our premium small-batch whip. We took our grass-fed tallow and added three powerhouse oils plus bakuchiol, then whipped it by hand into a soft, velvety texture that melts right in. Think of it as a charm bracelet for your skin, with every ingredient pulling its weight. Charm No. 4 has a scent profile similar to Lindsey's Liquid Luxe Bergamot & Frankincense.

What it does:

Charm No. 1, rosehip seed oil. It’s rich in essential fatty acids and helps skin look smoother, brighter and more even.
Charm No. 2, sea buckthorn seed oil. It’s loaded with omega-7s for a dewy, healthy-looking glow.
Charm No. 3, pumpkin seed oil. It’s rich in omega fatty acids and vitamin E, and it helps skin feel soft and replenished.
Charm No. 4, bakuchiol. It’s a gentle, plant-based alternative to retinol that helps soften the look of fine lines, used at 1%.

Backed by research: In a 12-week randomized, double-blind study published in the British Journal of Dermatology (2019), 0.5% bakuchiol worked as well as 0.5% retinol at softening the look of wrinkles and evening out dark spots, with less dryness and stinging. Charm No. 4 uses 1% bakuchiol, 99% pure.

A light scent of frankincense, bergamot and sweet orange finishes it off.

How to use: Warm a small amount between your fingertips and press it into clean skin, morning and/or night.

Caring for Your Tallow

Our tallow products are handmade in small batches with grass-fed beef tallow, plant oils and a touch of beeswax. They contain no water, fillers or synthetic preservatives. Tallow is naturally rich in fats similar to the oils your skin makes, so it melts in easily and leaves skin feeling soft and nourished.

Best used within: 6 months of opening at room temperature, or up to 12 months if kept in the refrigerator.

Storage: Keep it cool and dry, away from direct sun and heat. Use clean, dry fingers or a spatula so no water gets in, and close the lid tightly after each use, especially if you keep it in the fridge.

About texture: Tallow is natural and responds to heat. In warm temperatures, around 85°F and up (think a hot car or a sunny windowsill), it may soften or melt.

Whips: If a whip melts, it may set firmer or a little grainy as it cools. Only the texture changes, and it's still perfectly good to use. Warm a little between your fingers and it melts right in.
Balms and lip balms: If they melt, just let them cool and they'll set back up, good as new.
